How To Maintain Your TOUGH GUN Robotic Air-Cooled MIG Gun Equipped with Wire Brake

Wire Brake Tool #450-17 Instructions

  1. Remove the neck and consumables (not shown in the diagram).
  2. Remove (unthread) the Wire Brake Pushing Unit.
  3. Using the Wire Brake Tool, slide the Wire Guide Holder out of the connector cone assembly.
  4. Clean any debris or residue on the Wire Guide Holder.

To Reassemble the Wire Guide Holder

  1. Using the Wire Brake Tool, slide the Wire Guide Holder back inside the connector cone.
  2. Replace the Wire Brake Pushing Unit.
  3. Ensure the air tube is attached.
  4. Replace the neck and consumables (not shown in the diagram).
