The TOUGH GUN™ ThruArm™ G2 Series minimizes downtime and improves welding performance on today's through-arm robotic welding systems. The G2 incorporates features that improve accuracy, durability and repeatability of the tool center point (TCP). Engineered with a stronger thick-walled aluminum armored gooseneck for increased resilience in the event of a collision with other equipment, the TOUGH GUN ThruArm G2 Series also features Low-Stress Robotic (LSR) Unicable Technology – a unique and durable unicable that is engineered to minimize the stress caused by robotic wrist rotation.

 

Available for both clutch and solid mount systems, the TOUGH GUN ThruArm G2 Series is available for robotic systems by Motoman and has been expanded to now also include configurations for ABB, FANUC, KUKA and OTC.
