TGX™ Semi-Automatic MIG Welding Guns

For Light to Medium Duty MIG Welding Applications

The TGX Program offers semi-automatic air-cooled MIG guns in three standard lengths: 10, 12, and 15 feet. For light to medium-duty welding applications.  TGX Guns are offered via two options:

1. TGX Easy As 1-2-3! allows welding distributors to configure and assemble a TGX MIG Gun in less than 10 minutes to meet customer requirements.  By stocking only 37 TGX Gun components (instead of complete guns), distributors can offer over 150 MIG gun combinations -  a reduction in inventory SKUs of over 300%!
    
2. TGX Ready To Weld offers 99 pre-configured, factory-assembled guns with all the components needed to start welding right out of the box including a free control plug.

TGX MIG Guns come in two handle sizes:

1. TGX XL Series use a standard handle size and includes 300 and 400 amp models - see Exploded View, Standard Parts and Amperate Ratings
    
2. TGX XS Compact Series use a smaller, more compact handle than the XL Series and includes 180, 260 and 300 amp models - see Exploded View, Standard Parts and Amperage Ratings
