Tregaskiss offers two lines of semi-automatic MIG welding guns: TOUGH GUN MIG Guns and TGX MIG Guns. 

TOUGH GUN Semi-Automatic MIG Guns

Built with durability in mind, TOUGH GUN Semi-Automatic MIG Guns are ideal for heavy-duty MIG welding applications.  These built-to-order MIG guns keep on welding in the harshest and most abusive environments. 

  • Air-Cooled Models: 350 amp, 450 amp, 550 amp and 650 amp
  • Water-Cooled Models: 400 amp and 600 amp
  • Euro models available.

TGX Semi-Automatic MIG Guns

Designed for light to medium duty welding applications, TGX MIG Gunsare offered via Easy As 1-2-3! and Ready To Weld.  Easy As 1-2-3!  allows welding distributors to configure and assemble a TGX MIG Gun in less than 10 minutes to meet customer requirements.  Ready To Weld allows distributors to order factory assembled, pre-configured MIG guns.

Like any other tool, picking the right semi-automatic MIG gun to suit your welding application and your personal welding style is very important.

If you answer YES to one or more of the following questions, consider TOUGH GUN MIG Guns for your welding application:

  1. The welding gun will be used in a heavy-duty welding application with extended arc on times.
  2. The welding gun will be used in an extremely harsh or abusive environment.
  3. I need a gun cable that is longer than 15 feet.
  4. I need a gun that can be customized with special triggers, goosenecks, consumables, etc.
  5. I need a water-cooled semi-automatic MIG gun.
