QUICK LOAD™ Liners are available for Tregaskiss™ TOUGH GUN™ Robotic and Automatic MIG Welding Guns in lengths of up to 15 feet.

The QUICK LOAD Liner System is also available for Bernard™ T-Gun™ Semi-Automatic MIG Welding Guns (formerly Tregaskiss TOUGH GUN Semi-Automatic MIG Guns) in lengths of up to 25 feet.

Features & Benefits

Requires less than half the time and effort to replace (compared to conventional liners)
Two-piece system with retainer installed inside the power pin on first use
Liner portion feeds from the front of the MIG gun
No need to cut and waste wire!
Avoid climbing over robotic tooling or transfer systems to remove the torch from the wire feeder
Change the liner from a safe zone in the robotic work cell
No need to climb up to change liners in semi-automatic MIG guns connected to boom mounted feeders
