Frequently Asked Questions
About the QUICK LOAD™ Liner System

How is the QUICK LOAD Liner Retainer installed?
During the initial installation of the QUICK LOAD Liner, the retainer remains mated with the liner while it is installed through the rear of the gun like a conventional liner. Subsequent liner replacements occur through the front of the gun without a need to replace the retainer. This is why it is critical to order a liner retainer for the first use of every QUICK LOAD Liner.
How does the QUICK LOAD Liner stay in place?
Front-loading QUICK LOAD Liners interface with a QUICK LOAD Liner Retainer that is seated within the power pin of the gun on first use.
Why is the liner replacement so much faster with the QUICK LOAD Liner?
During replacement, you only need to remove the nozzle and retaining head (with tip in place) in order to remove the old QUICK LOAD Liner and then insert its replacement. The gun remains attached to the feeder. The wire also remains in place and is used as a guide to feed the new liner into the gun. Not having to remove the gun from the feeder is a significant time-saver.
Why is liner length important?
Liners trimmed too long or too short can cause serious wire feeding problems. Be sure to use your liner gauge as instructed to trim the liner to the correct stick out. Click here to access the Installation Guide for QUICK LOAD Liner.
