TOUGH GUN™ 650 amp Quick-Change Robotic Water-Cooled MIG Gun
For robotic welding applications requiring maximum cooling, we offer the TOUGH GUN Water-Cooled Robotic MIG Gun. Enjoy the benefits of our "quick change" system adapted to meet the unique needs of an internally water-cooled torch. All TOUGH GUN Torches are built-to-order.
"Quick Change" System Overview:
- "Quick change" gooseneck assembly
- Features a three-way positive connection with the connector valve
- Allows fast changes without removing the entire torch assembly
- Keyed connector valve module
- Provides precise alignment of slip-in gooseneck
- Automatically stops coolant flow when gooseneck is removed
- Aluminum front housing
- Easily threads off the connector valve module without tools
- Provides quick access to cable connections
Additional Features and Benefits:
- 650 amp features a chrome-plated, water-cooled nozzle for high heat applications
- Insulated conductor tube is wrapped in a stainless steel armor with silver-brazed waterline joints
- 100% inspected for dimensional accuracy, water flow, leaks and pressure
- Steel spring-guard strain relief prevents cable kinking and abrasion
- Insulated front torch housing made from strong but lightweight aluminum tube

NOTE: Ratings are based on tests that comply with NEMA-ARC Welding Section Standard 11-6-1975 for DUTY CYCLE. "The time period of one complete cycle shall be 10 minutes" (60% = 6 minutes).
