    Our innovative TOUGH LOCK Contact Tips and Retaining Heads can help to reduce your consumable costs and maintenance downtime.

    TOUGH LOCK Contact Tips are manufactured from high-quality, high–conductivity copper using a mandrel-drawn process that controls bore diameter tolerances and ensures superior bore finish. When mated with our TOUGH LOCK Retaining Head, they produce lower contact tip temperatures.
