    To put it simply, the TOUGH LOCK System lasts longer. Our innovative TOUGH LOCK Contact Tips and Retaining Heads can help to reduce your consumable costs and maintenance downtime.

    TOUGH LOCK Contact Tips are manufactured from high-quality, high–conductivity copper using a mandrel-drawn process that controls bore diameter tolerances and ensures superior bore finish. When mated with our TOUGH LOCK Retaining Head, they produce lower contact tip temperatures.
