    Tregaskiss Electronic Trigger Lock

    The Tregaskiss™ Electronic Trigger Lock offers an innovative alternative to mechanical lock-on triggers.

    Features & Benefits
    • Electronic activation powered by two (2) AAA batteries
    • Positioned away from the welding arc
      • - Plugs in-line with the control cable from our TOUGH GUN MIG Gun to the wire feeder
    • Features a Velcro strap for attaching the device to the rear handle of the MIG gun
    • A switch on the side of the unit toggles the device from “LOCK” to “STANDARD” configuration
      • - The device locks “on” with single pull of the trigger, then disengages when the trigger is pulled again.

    The QUICK LOAD Gooseneck System from Tregaskiss is a quick and easy way to change goosenecks on the fly.  The system allows you to use various gooseneck combinations to match each welding application. 

    Quickly swap out goosenecks of various lengths or angles.  The gooseneck can also be rotated a full 360° -- open the latch, move the neck to the desired angle and close the latch again.

    TOUGH LOCK Extra Heavy-Duty (EHD) Contact Tips

    The TOUGH LOCK Extra Heavy-Duty (EHD) Contact Tips (603-20 Series) are ideal for large wire sizes that can't be handled with the Heavy-Duty (HD) TOUGH LOCK Contact Tip Series (i.e. 7/64" and 1/8"). For the complete line-up, see the cover of the Winter 2007 / 2008 Tech Connection (pdf).

    Dual Schedule and Multi-Schedule Switches for TOUGH GUN Compact Series MIG Guns

    Dual (toggle) and multi-schedule options are now available for our TOUGH GUN Compact Series 350 Amp Air-Cooled and 400 Amp Water-Cooled MIG Guns. The dual toggle is the same as the one found on the TOUGH GUN Dual Schedule Switch. The multi-schedule switch, which uses momentary activation, allows you to choose from a variety of schedules "on-the-fly".

    • To order a TOUGH GUN Compact Series Gun with the new dual schedule option -- add "D" to the beginning of the part #

    • To order a TOUGH GUN Compact Series Gun with the new multi-schedule option -- add "3D" to the beginning of the part #

    TOUGH GUN Thread-On Nozzle System

    The new TOUGH GUN Thread-On Nozzle System (U.S. Patent #7,176,412 B2) features a TOUGH LOCK Retaining Head with an external thread and a tapered seat.

    Features and Benefits:

    • Nozzles thread onto the retaining head, preventing damage to copper threads and prolonging the life of the gooseneck
    • Taper seat provides a locking action similar to that of our TOUGH LOCK Contact Tip System
    • Available for both robotic (404-52) and semi-automatic (404-53) applications

    Optional Nozzle Insulator for TOUGH GUN 600 Amp Water-Cooled Gun

    The new optional insulator for the 601 series water-cooled nozzle is now made of high temperature Teflon material rather than ceramic. The new design is shorter than the current ceramic version, but outperforms the current design since it uses a more durable material.
