Goosenecks for MIG Welding Guns
Aluminum Armored Goosenecks
Like the rest of our products, Tregaskiss™ Aluminum Armored Goosenecks are built to last in the most challenging environments.
Armored goosenecks are available in a variety of lengths and angles for both TOUGH GUN Semi-Automatic and Robotic Welding Guns.
Features and Benefits:
- Insulated, thick walled copper conductor tube crimped on both ends
- Can be replaced without disturbing cable connections
- Threaded design ensures optimum electrical conductivity
- All goosenecks (260 to 650) rated at 650 amps
- Armored aluminum jacket on air-cooled guns
- Stainless steel armor on water-cooled guns
- Goosenecks are compatible with TOUGH LOCK Consumables (NOTE: Water-cooled goosenecks are NOT compatible with the new TOUGH LOCK Retaining Heads with Dual Taper Technology)
- NEW longer length goosenecks are now available as an option
Flex Necks
Do you have tough to access welds? Are multiple neck angles a requirement of your welding application? Tregaskiss Flex Necks are available for our TOUGH GUN Semi-Automatic MIG Guns.

- Bend radius up to 80 degrees
- Can be replaced without disturbing cable connections
- Threaded design ensures optimum electrical conductivity
- Compatible with TOUGH LOCK Consumables (NOTE: flex necks are NOT compatible with the new TOUGH LOCK Retaining Heads with Dual Taper Technology)

Black Polymer Armored Goosenecks
NEW black polymer armored goosenecks from Tregaskiss come standard on all TGX MIG Guns.
Features and Benefits:
- Black polymer armored exterior
- Thick walled copper conductor tube interior (see cutaway in image to right)
- Available in 60 degree angle only
- 2 versions available - 260 amp and 400 amp
- Compatible with TOUGH LOCK Consumables including the new TOUGH LOCK Retaining Heads with Dual Taper Technology
