TOUGH GUN™ Automatic MIG Welding Guns

TOUGH GUN Automatic MIG Torches are engineered for hard tooling applications requiring a durable and rugged MIG gun. Available in 500 amp and 600 amp air-cooled and water-cooled models plus NEW I.C.E. water-cooled models. All TOUGH GUN Torches are built-to-order.

Features and Benefits:

• Insulated front housing is made from strong lightweight aluminum tube
• Spring-guard strain relief prevents kinking and abrasion
• TOUGH LOCK™ Consumables are standard on air-cooled and most water-cooled* models
• Air-cooled gooseneck is made from aircraft grade aluminum
• Water-cooled gooseneck is made from stainless steel and is silver brazed and leak tested
• 600 amp water-cooled torch has a thread-on heavy-duty nozzle

*Standard 450 amp water-cooled torch uses conventional consumables
