TOUGH GUN™ Robotic Air-Cooled MIG Welding Guns
The TOUGH GUN "Quick Change" Air-Cooled Robotic Gun is the MIG torch of choice for high volume manufacturers. Our air-cooled robotic guns feature two systems for accurate alignment and quick replacement without affecting Tool Center Point (TCP). All TOUGH GUN Torches are built-to-order.

- Keyed gooseneck slips into machined keyway inside the torch housing ensuring precise alignment and minimal adjustment of Tool Center Point (TCP)
- Can change entire gooseneck assembly in seconds using only an Allen wrench
- A key on the outside of the torch's housing mates with a keyway on the torch mount arm – precisely replace an entire assembly in just minutes!
- Insulated front torch housing made from strong lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum tube
- Insulated, aluminum armored gooseneck
- Slip-on or thread-on nozzles
- Common Consumable Platform - TOUGH GUN Semi-Automatic and Robotic MIG Guns use the same Tregaskiss Consumables resulting in inventory
